This 1.5” x 30” (38 mm x 762 mm) 60 Grit Ceramic Pipe and Tube Sanding Belt Kit contains 10 belts, all made with top quality ceramic abrasive grains. BUILT IN USA.
1-1/2” x 30” (38 mm x 762 mm) ceramic pipe sanding belt made are made for use on a tube belt sander. These 1.5 inch wide belts are made with the best in abrasive technology, ceramic grains, which last 50% - 200% longer than other abrasive material on aggressive applications. These pipe surface polishing belts are extremely efficient at self-sharpening due to the abrasive grains fracturing characteristic. Instead of wearing down, ceramic grains crack in such a way to consistently reveal new sharp edges during use. Additionally, ceramic belts are load and heat resistant which not only protects the work piece from staining or burning but prolongs the life of the belt. Ceramic belts are the newest innovation in abrasive grains and provide the MOST consistent cut for the longest time, so if you are looking for some serious grinding, this is your belt. These 1.5 x 30 ceramic belts are best suited for general purpose grinding, deburring, sanding, and polishing and are capable of rendering weld seams invisible. These 38 mm x 762 mm pipe and tube sanding belts are also often used to sand down hand rails as they fit perfectly on many machines designed for use in compact areas, like close to a wall.
