3" x 24" Zirconia Sanding Belt Kit comes with a 6 belts: 80 grit, All built in USA.
3” x 24” Zirconia Sanding belt for three inch by twenty one inch belt sanders are manufactured with extremely tough, tear resistant, x weight backing and top of the line Zirconia abrasive grains. These 3x24 zirc belts feature resin on resin bonding for superior grain retention and close coat abrasive grains for reduction in loading. Zirconia belts are perfect for heavy-duty sanding and grinding applications and are perfectly equipped to handle aggressive grinding on hard words, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, cast iron and various other metals as well as plastics and fiberglass. Zirconia lasts much longer than aluminum oxide in aggressive grinding applications (grits 120 and below). These 3" x 24" sanding belts a perfect option for day to day deburring, sanding down splinters or jagged edges. This kit of 3” x 24” Zirconia alumina belts come in 80 grit making it ideal for moderate stock removal and fast grinding.
