What a Nice Tool:
This tool has saved me at a minimum ,800 on our Volvo V70 repairs -- MAF & throttle-body replacement  -- Fuel pressure regulator and pump issues -- PVC system small leak location etc.  It reads then provides the actual
Volvo
trouble codes and
yes
it will also reset them.
In truth I also used it to reset the SERVICE MESAGE for oil change notification
-- because it is far more direct than the complicated and inconsistent manual reset described in the V70's owners manual.
Condition of the unit Is Used:
Even so, it has never been dropped. there is not one scuff on it. The original screen protection was never removed and it too is still without a smudge. The cable remains as flexible any I have ever used even in the meddle of Michigan cold weather  -- minus six digress last winter.  The storage case is also without issues. It is all still in its original box.  I know others would say it is like new -- but it has been treated with care and protected from harm just because I liked it that much.
Shipping and Packaging:
Shipping via USPS with a tracking number provided at once -- But I will track it until it is on your porch. The unit will be double boxed in a carton lager than necessary and packaged better than you would.
My items are always what I have described and this is no exception.

I/M Readiness -- I/M Readiness indicate whether or not the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating properly and are ready for Inspection and Maintenance testing.
Data stream.
Freeze Frame -- When an emission-related fault occurs, certain vehicle conditions are recorded by the on-board computer. This information is referred to as freeze frame data. Freeze Data is a snapshot of the operating conditions at the time of an emission-related fault.
O2 Sensor Test -- This option allows retrieval and viewing of O2 sensor test results for most recently performed tests from the vehicle's on-board computer.
