Vintage 1930s Lighted Religious Virgin Mary Mother Glass Image in Frame 12x14

Description

Vintage 1930s lighted religious icon of Virgin Mary Mother of God. White painted wood and metal box frame with interior light socket. Exterior plug and switch. Glass image of Mary in a garden in sepia tones. Photographic image is pressed between two panels of glass giving it a 3D effect. Backing of glass is a very thin layer of brittle cellophane or celluloid which can be removed or replaced if desired- has some cracks and damage but is easily replaced, or leave it as is for a patina look. Frame has age and has been painted several times, again has a very cool vintage look. Total dimensions of exterior: 12x14x4.5"
Wiring is functional, but recommend rewiring or using as decorative only. Bulb not included, but takes a standard base LED bulb (to prevent further warping due to heat.)
